Lauren Mann is a licensed real estate agent and a full-time resident of Lake Arrowhead. After her career in commercial real estate in the Inland Empire region, Lauren joined the Maria Hardin Group at Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty. Here she brings her tenacity, solid work ethic, and creativity to good use serving her clients. Lauren takes a customized approach to each client, whether they are selling or buying, and maintains a high level of accountability and dedication to each.
Lauren received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis in 2008. There she worked as Payroll Supervisor for the university transit system (Unitrans) and she was a driver for the school’s fleet of historic London double-deck buses. In addition, she was a member of the pre-law fraternity Phi Alpha Delta, where she served as Public Relations Chair in 2007 and 2008.
After graduating, Lauren began her real estate career at Daum Commercial Real Estate Services in Ontario, California. She joined the company’s top producing industrial team, focusing on lease and sale transactions of distribution facilities in the Inland Empire. She quickly carved out a reputation as a tenacious cold-caller, uncovering leads and developing a solid pipeline of business. In her very first deal, Lauren helped a local logistics company relocate from Rancho Cucamonga to San Bernardino, doubled their operating space, and brokered a lease that actually saved them money on rent each month. She adeptly leverages her knowledge of market conditions and her problem solving abilities to get the best possible results for each client, whether commercial or residential.
Lauren also serves alongside her brother, Chris Mann, in his public relations and marketing firm, Mann Communications. As an Account Executive, Lauren has experience drafting press releases, establishing media contacts, working with local government officials, and creating effective PowerPoint presentations. Lauren is also proud to serve on her brother’s campaign team for his 2011 city council run for the City of Westlake Village.
Lauren is thrilled to be working with the prestigious Maria Hardin Group at Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty. In addition to residential transactions, Lauren continues to work with commercial properties in the area, and welcomes both types of clients.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys snow skiing, mushroom hunting, mushroom cultivation, and hiking. She is an avid wine enthusiast and loves spending time with her two pugs, Duke and Daisy, and her Australian cattle dog, Sheila
